PROCEDURE FOR APPLYING FOR REVALUATION AND PHOTOCOPY CUM
REVALUATION OF ANSWER SCRIPTS OF THE END SEMESTER
EXAMINATIONS – AUGUST 2011
M.B.A./M.C.A./M.Sc. (Distance Education) candidates who wish to apply for Revaluation can
make use of any one of the following facilities:-
1. “Revaluation only” with a fee of Rs.400/- per script.
(or)
2. “Photocopy-cum-revaluation” with a fee of Rs.700/- per script.
Applications for the above are given on the subsequent pages. The completed application
form along with the Demand Draft drawn in favour of
“Controller of Examinations (Distance Education), Anna University, Chennai”
payable at Chennai may be submitted on or before 28-09-2011 to the respective Coordinator of the
Study Centre.

INSTRUCTION TO CANDIDATES
1. Fee for obtaining Photocopy cum Revaluation is Rs.700/- per answer script and should be paid in the
name of Controller of Examinations (Distance Education), Anna University Chennai, Chennai - 25 and the
application shall be submitted at the study centre only.
2. Application for Photocopy cum Revaluation must be submitted to the Coordinator of the concerned study
centre on or before 28-09-2011.
3. The candidate is advised to register for the subject, in which Photocopy cum Revaluation is sought for
within the stipulated time for the next examination without waiting for the supply of Photocopy/results of
Revaluation.
4. Incomplete/defective application will be rejected and the fee will neither be refunded nor adjusted towards
any fee due to the University.
5. No application will be accepted beyond the due date prescribed.
6. The Coordinator should ensure while recommending application that the subject code and the subject(s)
filled in the respective columns by the candidate are verified and found to be correct.
