Earlier, Datawind announced that they have put up on sale about 30,000 tablets online, which would have a cash on delivery of 7 days and they have achieved pre-sale orders of about 400,000 tablets from individuals and corporates.
Being the cheapest tablet in the world, the entire 30,000 tablet that was opened for sale as first phase sold out completely.
As Aakash tablet has sold out completely, In order to promote their Commercial version of Aakash, Datawind kept an announcement banner saying
