REFUND OF INITIAL DEPOSIT AMOUNT
INSTRUCTIONS
For the candidates who do not join the colleges after getting the allotment, the initial amount of
Rs.5000 (Rs.1000 in case of Tamil Nadu SC/ST) paid during the counselling will be refunded,
if Original allotment order is surrendered to The Secretary, TN MBA/MCA Admissions 2011,
Government College of Technology, Coimbatore on or before 31-10-2011.
Documents to be submitted
1. Original Allotment Order (Keep Xerox copy for your reference)
2. Self addressed Envelope with Rs. 25 Stamp affixed on it.
3. Requisition letter for refund of initial deposit.
4. Bank Chelan Xerox Copy
