Sub: AUTTVL- Nov/Dec-2011-UG/PG Degree Examinations-Revaluation-Reg.

It is to inform you that a copy of provisional results with marks/grades secured in each subject registered in University Degree Examinations held in Nov/Dec-2011 in respect of all candidates registered at your college for UG/PG Degree programmes will be provided through the Institutional Data Centre (IDC). The results are also published in the University website. The procedure for applying revaluation and revaluation cum photo copy of answer scripts are given below.

All the candidates irrespective of the marks secured in the University Examinations can apply for revaluation and can make use of any one of the following options.

1. They shall apply for “Revaluation Only” with a fee of Rs.400/- per script. (Or)

2. They shall apply for “Photo copy cum-revaluation” with a fee of Rs.700/- per script.

Separate application has been prescribed for the above

The Photocopying and revaluation works are being carried out simultaneously. If any discrepancy is noticed in award of marks, totaling and tabulation of marks after seeing the photocopy, the same may be brought to the notice of the Controller of Examinations through their respective colleges within 3 days from the date of receipt of photocopy by remitting a fee of Rs.3000/-.The application form can be generated using software provided by IDC and it should be recommended and forwarded by the HOD and Principal concerned.

The Principal is authorized to collect the fee from the candidate and send the total fee collected by way of Demand Draft drawn in favor of “The Controller of Examinations, Anna University of Technology Tirunelveli” payable at “Tirunelveli” with details of payment of fee. Separate Demand Draft from candidates will not be accepted.

The following documents generated from IDC should be sent to the Controller of Examinations along with the Demand Draft on or before the last date prescribed.

1.  Applications for revaluation from candidates (should be arranged branch wise).

2.  Abstract of revaluation cases and fees collected.

3.  Applications for photo copy cum revaluation (should be arranged branch wise).

4.  Abstract of photo copy cum revaluation cases and fees collected.

5.  Demand Draft.

Photo copy of the answer book will be sent to the candidates through the Principal. Therefore, candidates may be instructed to keep in touch with the Principals. Principals are requested to adhere to the schedule strictly.

Applications received after the due date will be summarily rejected.
