Job Description
1. To conduct product training at PTC for various sections as assigned
2. Conducting training, demonstrations in territory to provide short-term training to mechanics, DSP's, Territory staff
3. Prepare lesson plans as assigned to bring standardization in training
4. Updating the product changes, improvements and to include in training to keep training lesson current
5. To propose new training methodology or improved training aids, which will curtail duration of training and also improve the training standards
6. Maintenence of Transmission aggregates in workshop premises
7. 5S, Suggestion, Qc etc
